Position: Structural Design Engineer / Design Engineer
Qualification: M.Tech. (Structures) / M.E. in Civil Engineering – (Structural Engineering / Structural Design only)

We are looking for technically strong and motivated Structural Design Engineers / Design Engineers to join our consultancy team.
The selected candidates will be primarily involved in the structural analysis, design, detailing and technical development of buildings and civil engineering structures, with an opportunity to work on large-scale institutional, infrastructure and other projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures
Structural modelling and analysis of buildings and other structures
Preparation of structural design calculations and design reports
Design of foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other structural elements
Preparation and review of structural drawings and detailing
Development of structural design schemes and engineering solutions
Coordination of structural design with architectural and MEP requirements
Technical review of drawings, designs and project documentation
Technical coordination and proof checking with client teams. This may involve project based short duration travelling also.
Ensuring designs comply with applicable Indian Standards, codes and project requirements
QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE
Minimum Qualification: M.Tech. / M.E. in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Structural Engineering / Structural Design only.
Core Competency: Structural Design should be the candidate’s primary area of technical expertise.
Preference will be given to candidates from premier/reputed engineering institutions.
Candidates with relevant professional experience in structural analysis, design and engineering consultancy will be preferred.
Fresh M.Tech. graduates with strong fundamentals and good academic/project credentials may also apply.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Candidates should have a strong understanding of:
RCC and steel structural design
Structural analysis and modelling
Foundation design
Seismic design and structural dynamics
Structural detailing and constructability
Relevant IS Codes and Indian Standards
Proficiency in software such as:
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
SAFE
SAP2000
AutoCAD
will be preferred.
Knowledge of Revit Structure / BIM will be an added advantage.
