Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment including campus hiring & trainees (Skill India, ITIs, etc.)
- Manage employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies (leave, attendance, travel, reimbursement, site working)
- Handle travel, accommodation & logistics for site staff
- Review and control reimbursements & expenses
- Ensure compliance, discipline, and smooth site and office operations
- Manage performance evaluation, appraisals & records
- Address employee grievances and engagement
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Operations
- Experience in site/project-based organizations preferred
- Strong coordination, policy implementation & team management skills
- Experience in handling Site Team
- Civil Engineering Consultancy/Construction compnay background preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Joining: Immediate preferred
