The Business Development Executive shall be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of civil engineering consultancy. The role includes strong liaisoning with clients, government departments, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to generate leads and convert them into projects. The executive shall manage client relationships, coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals and submissions, follow up on tenders and enquiries, and support negotiations and closures. The position requires proactive market tracking, client servicing, and maintaining long-term professional relationships to support business growth.
