HR & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment including campus hiring & trainees (Skill India, ITIs, etc.)
  • Manage employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies (leave, attendance, travel, reimbursement, site working)
  • Handle travel, accommodation & logistics for site staff
  • Review and control reimbursements & expenses
  • Ensure compliance, discipline, and smooth site and office operations
  • Manage performance evaluation, appraisals & records
  • Address employee grievances and engagement

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Operations
  • Experience in site/project-based organizations preferred
  • Strong coordination, policy implementation & team management skills
  • Experience in handling Site Team
  • Civil Engineering Consultancy/Construction compnay background preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate preferred
